(the "Issuer") unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temirbank NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Guarantor that at the Adjourned Meeting of the holders of the above Notes held on 31 March 2010, the Extraordinary Resolution referred to in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting delivered on 16 March 2010 was duly PASSED as an extraordinary resolution.
