JSC Temirbank (the ?Bank?) confirms that the Notice of Meeting issued through the Regulatory News Service on Friday 27 November 2009 in respect of the US$ 300,000,000 9.0% Senior Notes due 2011 (the ?2011 Notes?) of Temir Capital BV (?Temir Capital?), fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Bank, was issued in error. Holders of the 2011 Notes should disregard that announcement.

JSC Temirbank (the ?Bank?) confirms that the Notice of Meeting issued through the Regulatory News Service on Friday 27 November 2009 in respect of the US$ 300,000,000 9.0% Senior Notes due 2011 (the ?2011 Notes?) of Temir Capital BV (?Temir Capital?), fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Bank, was issued in error. Holders of the 2011 Notes should disregard that announcement.
The Bank will shortly issue a corrected Notice of Meeting for the holders of the 2011 Notes, as well as a Notice of Meeting in respect of the US$ 500,000,000 9.5% Senior Notes due 2014 (the?2014 Notes?) of Temir Capital, fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Bank.
