    Temirbank JSC refinances the mortgage loans. Âåðñèÿ äëÿ ïå÷àòè

    Starting from March 6, 2009 Temirbank JSC, in cooperation with ?Samruk-Kazyna? JSC, began to refinance following categories of loans:

    1. mortgage loans;
    2. mortgage construction prefinance loans.
    Refinancing is available at following conditions:

    Interest rate:
    9% p.a. - for government employees including the employees of other government institutions and enterprises. 11% p.a. – for other Borrowers’ categories.

    Currency: KZT

    Refinancing amount:
    Loans in KZT as a remainder of the principal amount as of the date of refinancing.
    Loans in USD – the principal amount of the loan will be defined by the exchange rate of KASE as of the date of refinancing.

    Early repayment:
    • No moratorium;
    • No commission;
    • Minimum amount – KZT 150 000.

    Loans are eligible if the are extended for:
    1. The real estate has a living space no more than 120 sq.m.;
    2. the borrower has no other real estate for himself, his/her spouse and their under age children, except this that is loaned;
    3. no overdues as of the date the application is considered by the Credit Committee.
    4. Nor the Borrower neither his/her spouse and their under age children has mortgage loans or mortgage construction prefinance loans.
    The following categories of borrowers are considered as "socially important":

    Government Employees;
    Employees of government organizations but government employees;
    Employees of state enterprises;
    Participants and disabled veterans of Great World War and persons equal to them;
    Retirees and invalids.

    The bank has the right to reject a Borrower without explaining the reasons of rejection.

    The list of documents required from the Borrowers to be eligible for refinancing:
    1. ID of the Borrower (co-borrower)/depositor - individual, for checking;
    2. Questionnaire of the Borrower;
    3. Application of the Borrower to refinance a loan;
    4. Certificate on the position employed - for the "socially important" categories;
    5. Notarized copy of the registration book of the citizens (house-register)/ certificate of the home office;
    6. Certificate of the authorized public body to confirm the Borrower or his/her spouse, their under age children to own real estate;
    7.  Notarized application confirming that as of the date of application the Borrower does not own any other real estate registered to his/her name, his/her spouse and under age children; as well as confirming that neither him/her, his/her spouse nor under age children has entered into any share holding agreements in construction and awareness of the reliability in accordance with inadequate information;
    8. Notarized consent of the Borrower/spouse for the surcharge.
    The list of documents required to show in the bank can be extended based on the internal documents of the bank, as well as based on the existing legislation of Republic Kazakhstan.
