- In 2001 he gained Master degree at the Kazakh State Academy of Management, specialization “Economics in the social field and sectors”.
- In 1999 he studied at “CentreAudit”
- Since 1999 to 2003 he worked at Kazkommertsbank
- Since 2003 to 2005 he worked at Nurbank
- Since 2005 to 2007 he worked at Eurasian Bank
- Since 2007 to 2008 he worked at Kazyna.
- Since 2008 to 2009 he worked at Samruk-Kazyna.
- Since 14 September 2009 he was appointed as a Managing Director, Director of Risk Department at Temirbank.
